Short Notes IAS employs strict refund policies for its classroom and online programmes. It advices students to make a judicious decision before joining course(s).
Cancellation Policy: Once enrolled for any Digital or offline course with Short Notes IAS, Short Notes IAS shall not refund the money or will not entertain any transfers to other students.
However, student joining online programmes, Test Series programmes can claim for refund if you are unable to attempt the tests or if you have any technical issue with the portal.
Technical issues at time of payment side are to taken up with the Gateway provider
Short Notes IAS will try to help the students with constraints of time, work-force and other factors.
